"If it’s not Alesia Small, don’t do your taxes at The Len turner location. Erma Ishmar was in all honesty unprofessional and had no idea what she was doing. It took her 3 hours to do my one tax return and she had me sitting there with her. In the end she couldn’t figure it out and had me physically sign pages in stead of digitally. She took photocopies of my bank information and refused to shred all the pages because she needed to ‘scan them in”. All that stress only to find out the next day she failed to scan anything in and all my tax return appears as well as the photocopies of my bank information are missing. They could not get in contact with Erma and my tax return was rejected and I had to go back in to get it fixed. Alesia Small was wonderful she was the one who told me to write a review on here as well and put in a formal complaint on the website. She even gave me the number to call to get everything g sorted out. She apologized even though it wasn’t her fault and did her best to try and fix everything over the next two days and finally she got the return through. I’m still in the process of reporting my missing papers and am genuinely worried."

"Mrs.Alesia filed my taxes for the first time today & she was amazing she was patient and ready to help. And very fast filing did not take long at all and she made sure she explained everything and answered all my questions . She made great conversation and made sure to not leave any “ weird” moments. She was very sweet and genuine and made my first time filing with Jackson Hewitt . Amazing if you don’t do anything this year make sure you file with Mrs.Alesia . THANK YOU SO MUCH !
