"Buyers Beware: We joined Norton Orthodontics, and it has been the WORSE experience! We decided to join Norton Orthodontics after several consultations in the area because Dr. Norton assured my husband and I that our daughter wouldn't need any teeth pulled. This made us extremely happy because all of the previous consultations we went to prior, immediately said she would need to have several teeth pulled right off the bat. Fast forward to 6 months ago, I was hit with a referral to the oral surgeon for extractions. There was no discussion regarding this from Dr. Norton. Instead we were told by an assistant who knew nothing about my daughters case because he was new. After requesting a call to speak directly with Dr. Norton, we never received the call. Instead we received a call from another assistant to explain the why, which we already knew because the previous orthodontist told us why they needed to come out. Needless to say after thousands of dollars to Norton Orthodontics, several thousand dollars to the oral surgeon and my daughter being in braces for close to 3 years this has been an absolute nightmare simply because we were mislead and lied to. My daughter was promised she would be out of braces by her Sweet 16th birthday celebration, and guess what that never happened, yet another lie. Dr. Norton never apologized to our family and acts as if everything is perfect! I feel like he tells parents what they want to hear to get the sale. Take my advice to not be the next victim. If it sounds to good, you should run right out of this office. I hope this review helps any other families from experiencing this type of unprofessionalism."
