"Horrible service and people working there! I had paid out of pocket to get two teeth 3D scan done here where I was waiting for over an hour to have them done because the technician that does it goes on lunch in the middle of my appointment. I bring the CDs to my periodontist who has the equipment to view these types of CDs and there is nothing on the CDs. I call numerous times back to this office spoke with Ash receptionist describing the issue for them to help me out and they say that only manager Martella can take a look into it who is there only on Wednesdays who never gives me a call back and I have to follow up on my own to check if anything was done . Nothing was done and another receptionist Margi who has horrible attitude telling me that I should come to the office and bring the CD because they want to see if there is anything on them (or if the other office is lying). I have a major situation with my tooth and this office has been delaying my treatments that I need urgently. The doctor didn’t even check the other scan ai had done or give me a follow up as I requested since he was already busy with other patient. The worst place to go to. Ridiculous people."

"Worst experience ever trying to actually book an appointment. However, Darlene fixed everything and when I finally got in, all office staff was super nice. Galsterer was cordial and professional and my procedure was completely painless (I was terrified it was going to hurt so bad). If you can get past the scheduling issues, everything else should be smooth sailing from there!"

But what made the experience much better, from the fear of getting a root canal, was the hygienist Sheila! Wow, what a breath of fresh air! Super sweet, and so caring! The receptionist were friendly as well."

"I had an infected molar on the lower right side of my mouth. Was able to get in and see Dr. Galsterer in one day. Did an excellent job on my root canal I felt no pain during the procedure or after it was finished. I am a retired dentist so I am familiar with the procedure. He is very proficient and I feel very comfortable in his care. I would highly recommend him to others and if I needed another root canal I would truly seek out care from him again. Thanks Doc!"
