"one of the few places in town where the tax advisor is a real certified Pro, They work clean-cut and you walk away with the IRS report clearly showing your refund to the last penny going straight to your bank or a check to your name. Totally different from most other crooks in Miami who literally steal an outrageous "fee" from your tax refund through an 'escrow account' (their own personal check account where they receive YOUR tax money and issue you a check later, minus their huge cut). Thumbs up!"

"I had an appointment at 9am, I was there for 2 hours waiting. The only person that did taxes was not there. There was other people taking about they had the appointment at 8am and they were still waiting. So I decided to go elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend it."

"The worst place ever! This place has the WORSE!!!!!!!!!! customer service I have ever experienced in my life I have worked in the retail my whole life so I know what is expected of me from the public apparently this place doesn't. I got to kompare and put my name on a list there were no seats so I sit in my car I waited from 1 in the afternoon till 7 at night for them to call me and they never did I had to call them 5 times to see where I was on the list and all they did was stall me and tell me a hour more instead of telling me today is not a good day come back another day. I finally had to get upset and tell them to stop stalling me then they finally told me they were sorry. who would not be upset after waiting so long I live far so I guess I am the stupid one for being loyal and not wanting to go anywhere else I just was not expecting to be stalled for so long but then again what do you expect from a place that is not even known you can not even complain to anyone because when I called to tell the accountant I was upset she told me to come in the next day but that's easy to tell anyone the problem is I can not work my schedule based on how they run there company I had the day off specifically for that but never again will I go back to this place they don't deserve my money or my referrals."
