"Had some penalties. They never did the Florida Department of State tax returns, they invoice me for 500$. They never assumed their responsability. Also they scammed one complete year and never did the tax declaration on date. Procastrinators and rude people. Don't walk in this place. The response is one more of their lies. I had to be asking them more than once to solve the penalties. They never asked for something. They just invoice and withdraw the money from your account."

Charges but never actually does the service per month. all my information is incorrect a simply 1099 which is started in aug 2012 which is not true. never started in aug 2015. claims he doesn't know what is going on in his office. instructed his personal to hang up the phone on my because i started asking questions. he always cuts you off because he has no time to speak to you or is hiding because he knows what he is doing. changes his personal like he changes his clothing. now as a cpa you are handling other people their financial so is it wise to have jack, hanna and paul handling sensitive info? you tell me."

"Waste of time.Extremely unprofessional. Scheduled an appointment with Mr. Viera and left the office under the verbal agreement that he would send me a letter of engagement to work on my matter. Never returned any the phone calls - the office staff are unprofessional as well picking up the phone with a simple "hello" or "hola" in Spanish. I do not recommend him."
