"Terrible!! The staff is very unprofessional and disrespectful. They have no idea how to communicate to patients via phone, text or in person. Like most doctors offices you attend to, you get a call regarding appointment and or if there is a balance or payment needed prior to arriving, but not this place. Even if you make an appointment you are literally waiting over an hour or so. If you don’t knock on their window no one attends to you and there is no sign indicating to do so. When I call them I am literally on hold for 10mins, 20mins etc. n may forget and hang up. Just absolutely terrible. And don’t let me get started with my exams. I always feel very disrespected here. I do not recommend anyone to come here."

"So far I have seen Dr putzey 3 times and I'll have 3 more visits coming up. I have some concerns about the way my front tooth turned out with the filling and I hope they will correct it, otherwise my experience with this office and all staff has been exceptional! Great office, very professional and upbeat, they treat you like a person, best experience I've had so far."

"I don't even know where to begin with this place. This place is a joke. This guys started off as my kids dentist then after telling me all 4 of my kids needed braces, I put braces 2 of my kids. BTW he is not even an orthodontist. Please go to an orthodontist. After braces got put on they stopped cleaning my kids teeth and when I asked them about it they told me they weren't aware they needed cleaning. Hello???? They have their charts. It is incredible. Brackets fell off every month. He blamed my kids each and every time. Nevermind the fact that not once did the dentist touch my kids. Everything was done by the medical assistants and dental hygenist. At one point one of the front receptionists assisted in my kids treatment. Please save yourself from the headache and grief of this place. His business should be shut done. Horrible business. I finally found a new place for my children and I am so happy to no longer do business with this place."

"I really like this place. Everyone is very friendly and informative. I got a filling in my back tooth, I was given the option for white for $90 or Silver for $70. As I was deciding the assistant explained that the silver last longer and the white look better. I really like how every step was explained and the whole process was extremely painless. We then talked about my gums and discuss how tender they are in spots. He told me I had the start of Periodontist and needed to floss more. After asking if that was all I could do; he told me that if I want they have a mouthwash, I could either have a prescription or buy it there. My fiance my daughter and myself all go here and the only thing any of us could say negative about this practice is that they could do a little more intense cleaning."

"Went there as a new patient. The Dr. Told me I needed a bunch of fillings because I had a ton of cavities. They never even cleaned my teeth like they were suppose to do. I got a bad feeling with these people so before I left I asked for my x rays. I went to my regular dentist and the dental hygienist told me the x rays weren't even readable. I had no cavities and my teeth liked good. They laughed when I told them about my experience elsewhere. Never go to this place. It's a scam!!!!!!"
