"We love the office staff and the hygienist. The doctor needs to be more efficient at seeing the patients when they are done with the hygienist. This is now the second visit where a family member has waited 30-40minutes waiting for the doctor to do a one minute sign off. That’s poor service to your patients’ time. If this continues, we may have to find a new office."

"My first visit I incurred numerous X-rays and the dentist viewed them and tried to push a new crown on me that isn’t bothering me. Then for the next few months I had to continue stating to them several times that I did not need or want a new crown. My only positive experience that I have had twice now is with my hygienist."
