"You will never find a more caring, non judgmental, compassionate team and doctor anywhere else. Dr. E has always and continues to be god sent. If you are afraid of the dentist like I was, you NEED to go here. Other places have one or the other, bad staff-great doctor, vise versa, but not Memorial Dental. The ladies are ALL amazing and kind and Dr. E I just can't say enough good things about him. As for the desk, I am very in tune with my insurance, anytime my insurance paid they ALWAYS credited me and NEVER took advantage, they are fair and charge rightly so. "I never thought I would need to write a review, but after my experience with Memorial Dental Care, I feel obligated to share my story. I received a letter from them stating that I was no longer welcome there, and I was not surprised. Ms. Heather runs her business in a highly unprofessional manner, and they quickly get rid of patients who ask for refunds. Despite paying upfront for their services, I later discovered that my insurance covered everything, and I had no responsibility to pay anything. When I asked for a refund, Ms. Heather was extremely rude, adding to my frustration. I attached the letter from my insurance company stating that the patient's responsibility is zero, but Memorial Dental Care has a different interpretation of the situation. I wish them good luck with their business, but I caution future patients to be careful when dealing with them. I am grateful for Dr. Espinoza's abandonment, which led me to a great dentist who treats patients with dignity and respect."

"The dentist Jhony R Espinoza. And his staff are excellent. Jasmine did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. And. Isa was excellent in assisting the dentist. No one like going to the dentist. I am very afraid of needles. But they were understanding and caring. From the time you walk in the receptionist was pleasant .To the time you walk out and make your payment. wonderful experience I recommend this dentist to anyone."

"As a new patient I am super happy! I was able to get in without waiting months. First visit is just an initial exam, the dentist was pleasant and informative. Just finished my first cleaning and still have nothing but good things to say. The office staff is organized, polite, and on top of their patients care. I have another appointment for a filling but I truly expect that experience to go just as smoothly as the rest has so far! So glad I made the switch and highly recommend this office!
