"Had Dr Paul years ago at another dentistry and several years ago changed insurance to go to Lee Dental for Dr Paul. Unfortunately the staff and billing department complained about my insurance and was charging fees far above what was authorized. They failed to communicate with my insurance and made excuses about why they cancelled me and my wife. I attempted to talk to Dr Paul about how rude we were being treated and fraudulent billing practices but he never replied to us. Spoke to others since then and more allegations of over billing patients. It's unfortunate for Dr Paul to not look into these matters which I have written documentation to prove my complaints were valid."
