"Coming from a terrible experience at another chain dentist and knowing i was overdue for a cleaning..I was quite nervous about Aspen. But the staff was immensely friendly from my first inquiry call to consult appt. The day of my appt, everyone I experienced was pleasant, patient and open to listening to my concerns (which the last dentist ignored my painful tooth to focus on one he wanted to crown..$$) Of course dental procedures can be pricey but other than that, very pleased with my experience yesterday! Will be back!"

"I was very pleased with the courtesy I was shown. I came into Aspen with an infected tooth & they were willing to see me. I had to make a second appt to have the tooth pulled, but was put on antibiotics for a few days to get rid of the infection. The personnel were all very polite."

"I had bad experiences with Aspen a long time ago in Indiana. I thought maybe this location would be different. It was not. I went in for treatment of tooth pain in 1 tooth. That’s all I needed emergency care with. They did a consultation and tried adding on additional screenings that weren’t necessary. I just had a cleaning in May with antibiotics at another dentist. I was charged $48 for the antibiotic. They only used it in 3 locations. Today Aspen tried to charge me $1900 for the same exact procedure with the same exact antibiotic. They said I needed it in 15 locations. From May until October there is no way I needed 15 shots of antibiotics. I brush my teeth regularly and floss. They said it is $108 each shot. More than twice what I paid in May at another office. They are scam artists. Overcharging patients and adding on unnecessary procedures. Beware of them. Also, the pain I am having is from a root canal I had done by them about 10 years ago. It’s very rare for root canals to get infected, the procedure they did before didn’t hold. Tells you what kind of work they do."
