"I thought I was paying for the convenience and it all seemed to be going well at first, but slowly I guess things started to unravel and have come to the conclusion I was possibly being way overcharged, possibly even scammed. I reached out for help with an LLC + ITIN. While the LLC was delivered, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth after finding out they just used RocketLawyer. As for the ITIN, I have my suspicions that the delivery of this was a complete lie as I never received it and they ceased all communication. Thankfully, I was able to get a partial but significant refund via PayPal as these red flags started to pop up. Overall, based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this firm at all."
"I contacted Jim Baker via email with a couple questions I had regarding LLC formation from another country as well as some tax questions. Jim promptly responded back and gave me full answers, asked questions I did not think of and was generally helpful. He charged me nothing for our back and forth exchange which was great and more than I can say for the couple other accountants I contacted who wanted hundreds of dollars upfront to answer a few different questions. He saved me money and answered what I needed answered."
