H&R Block

"I normally do my taxes over the computer by sending the files in. Because of a computer issue they forced me to come in to pay the balance and finalize my taxes. I filed for my taxes on april 17, my agent paid the amount to the IRS that i owed in the office with me sitting next to me by my credit card, I have a confirmation email that I paid. In addition i paid h&r block and they charged me for an IN OFFICE visit when they forced me to come in, and i normally do it over the computer which is cheaper. Flash forward to June i get a letter in the mail saying i never paid my taxes. I also get a call from h&r block the same day saying my taxes weren't finalized? I paid them and everything was done the day I was in office. I could have did better if I did it myself, I will not be returning here. I have been going to my agent for a while now, and i really like her as a person. Not happy with H&R block as a whole."
