"H&R tax system is valid but the location I patronized was very loud and uncomfortable considering there were only 3 employees and my self at the time."

"Mercedes did my taxes today at this location. She was friendly, and took her time to make sure I got the best returns sent in. I did 2019 + 2020 as a walk in client and was treated very well. The girl at the front desk was also very friendly and welcoming too. The price for my type of return was more than I thought it might be, but the money I saved by doing taxes here was well worth the price paid to H& R Block. Doing taxes here saved me thousands compared to using free software at home like many people use nowadays. I learned that going in and paying a professional to file your taxes is much better, you pay a fee, but saves you more in the long run. I will be back next year and I hope to see the same friendly faces waiting to help me next time too."

"Uninformed people! The associates here will not maximize or help you receive the largest refund possible. As long as they're able to take out their fees of $180-250, they'll consider helping you. They offer no proper explanation for fees as well. Knowing what I know now, I recommend no one to file their taxes here. File online with HR block it's cheaper, efficient, and maximizes your refund! File online! Stay away from here, trust me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
