"I HAD been doing my taxes here with Peggy for 7 years but she is gone so never again. New management and for the first time I had to PAY the IRS. I could have made an additional contribution to my IRA but wasn't advised that when I asked what could be done about the tax owed. They didn't respond to emails until I filed a grievance with HR block. They registered my wife on my return as my husband etc. Terrible experience all in all. Never again."

"ive been coming to this place for over 7 years doing my taxes with giannina now this year taxes shes no longer there service at this place is horrible ive sent my papers about 3weeks ago and nothing has been done they never pick upo phones always an excuse my wife was there this morning because the emerald card they gave us wasnt on the paperwork over 2 hours and they told her to come gback its 430pm and the girl in the front was sleeping on the job never resetted the card she saw my wife and started to work on it dont go to this place also the new franchise owner was rude to my wife very unprofessional dont trust these people with your taxes go to another hr block because here u get nothing but bad service"

"Don’t recommend to do you’re taxes here. When I called to make an appointment, they told me that they don’t do appointments and I have to drop off my paperwork. When I went in to drop off my PaperWorks, I had specified on the paper for a specific person to do my taxes. The next day I got a call from a completely different person that is doing my taxes. Once I completed my taxes over the phone with them since they don’t do in person taxes anymore i told them i would go Friday. I came today to sign my papers. I get there at 7:40 PM to find the door locked and a girl behind the counter. I then looked online to see what time they close at, and it says 8pm. So when I called them, the girl answers the phone. And tells me that they’re closed when I told her I’m just there to sign my papers. She place me on hold and asked me for my name. She then got back on the phone with me and told me that they’re lobby is technically closed. Yet they’re open sign is still on and the website says till 8 PM. She told me to go back tomorrow between 10 and 8pm. I have done my taxes with them for the past 10 years and had never have a problem till year. I will not be giving them my business next year of $180. Also, just a heads up for anyone that wants to bring their documents there to get an estimate if you decide not to do your taxes with them they have a paper on the wall that says there is a $50 charge if you don’t do the taxes after they do the estimate. I have never seen this before in all the years that I have gone there."

"I have been doing my taxes with Peggy for many years.she is professional very attentive I have always received my refund on time with no issues. Unfortunately she has retired I will be doing my taxes with Helen Otero very proffesional as well. The office is always clean."
