"I got to my cleaning appointment on time. While I was waiting the dental hygienist came out and got on the phone ignoring me for 40 minutes with no explanation or offer to reschedule. I just walked out and don’t plan to go back there. The dentist is OK, but is somewhat impersonal."
"First time appointment. Doctor came into room, looked at xray and said to me "that tooth needs to come out". I was in the chair with my back to him. He never introduced himself or came to the side of the chair. He never even looked in my mouth. I told him that another dentist built the tooth up and his response was "well then maybe you should go back to them". I walked out. If I could rate this place a negative, I would."
"I had a horrible experience. After a root canal & crown. I had pain. 5 months later was told it was in my head! Not a good answer. After a long agonizing holiday weekend I developed an abscess. Fired this dentist had to go to a specialist to have root canal done right! Oops he half way did one canal & didn't do the 3rd one at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!"
