There is a comfort menu, if you need a blanket, next pillow to lip balm etc. The dentist was very nice and will be able to fix my tooth. I got the next appointment available. "My experience at Chen Dental has provided me with an outlook on what Dentistry as a whole should be like. My review will be slightly biased and different as I know the Chens personally as good friends. Though that also gives me the ability to say that they are some very friendly people that have bespoke personalities to enjoy the company of. As as my dental experience goes this was nothing like any experience I've ever had at any other dentistries I have been too. You are treated very respectfully there and taken care of all around as far as any amenities you might need or want. they have a massage chair in the lobby along with snacks and drinks and comfortable seating while you check in. This to me makes waiting much nicer than other places that just have chairs and maybe a fish tank or kids toys. once your ready, as a new time customer you get a tour of the facility and the people working with you will be personable with you in conversation. Now for the most important part of everything being the quality of dental work. My first two filling were flawless and then my cleaning was quick and felt/looked great. My other two fillings took a tad longer and the reason is because previous work was done there so they're still healing back up. Never did I know dental work could be painless through the entire process til I went to Chen Dental. Every other place I have been to has had some form of pain in the experience but not here. There doctors explain what they're doing or going to do very well and then act on it with great quality. I will not be going to another dentistry ever again. This place should be the Dental standard."
