"They told me on the phone they took my insurance. They took my member id number, called the insurance company and then called me back to confirm they do accept my insurance. I make the appointment, get to the office, and the office rep takes my insurance card while I spend 15 minutes filling out paperwork. When I hand it in, she informs me that this particular office doesn't take my insurance. I told her you about this office checking on it and telling me they did take it. She gave some excuse about it was not the right "kind" of Blue Cross/Blue Shield. However, she would be happy to make an appointment with the same dental group but at a different location. Of course, the dentist I wanted to see didn't work at the other location. Even if he did, I doubt if I would have made the appointment at the other location because of the way they treated me. Oh yes, I asked why she didn't tell me this while I was spent the last 15 minutes filling out the paperwork? No response. Unbelievable. Most unprofessional treatment I have ever experienced. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!"
