"I had a lot of dental work done at Broadway Dental last year. I called today to make an appointment for my husband as a new patient and was advised they no longer take our insurance plan. I was surprised and inquired about my upcoming dental cleaning that was scheduled back in November for February 7th. I was told it would cost me $225.00 out of pocket. Was your office going to wait until the day of my appointment to let me know? Very disappointed today because I really thought I had found a forever dentist office."
