"I scheduled an appointment and received no less than 6 different reminders and confirmations via email and text. I showed up for my appointment only to be told that they don't have me on the schedule, there's a note in the system saying they left a message, and that there's no one that can see me today (an hour and a half before closing) because they called in sick. I have no missed calls or voicemails. They made no attempt to even offer a new appointment or any resolution at all - basically just sorry about your luck."

"Avoid this Coast dental . In ten years I haven’t have any benefits of their services other than deep cleaning. They overcharged u for services they don’t do . I still receiving letter for things that I have no recall they ask me for . Called the Insurance. The insure confirmed that Coast dental never asked for that . The dentist come and go . They take u money but u won’t see any job done that u really need . Finally I changed Dentist . And found an office that u can do all the things u need there . In one day I learned that I lost 10 years of my life and in the one most important thing. The Teeth’s Go away from them . Is not late ."

"I was over charged and didn’t even see the dentist because she called out. The hygienist decided to diagnose me without the qualifications. My copay is only 5$ and was charged more than double."

"I've been seeing Nicole Bedell for a while now and she have always been a wonderful Dental Hygienist to work with. She is very knowledgeable, caring, down-to-earth, and is super friendly to her patients. The front desk staff are good as well, and they always send out text messages in the advance to remind patients about their upcoming appointments."

"Edit: After writing the below, they sent away the dentures, said they'd call when they're back in, went incommunicado, and I found out they had dropped mom as a patient after I called a sister office to check on the status. Ignore the "good dentist" part too, I guess. Yikes. The staff does good work and Dr. Islam is a good dentist. Unfortunately, they are losing Dr. Islam, their booking is a nightmare, they have rescheduled on short notice due to their own problems and once cancelled an appointment from their side even while being almost impossible to reach for rescheduling due to being overworked, and they have kicked the can down the road on follow-up appointments several times. They also use Sun Dental Labs. Unfortunately they did not check their lab's work and created over a month of delays due to the lab not doing their job and Coast Dental not verifying the work was done on receipt and instead letting the patient wait weeks to come back in just to compound the appointment delays with a lab reorder for the same prescription. I would recommend choosing another office until they get their chaos handled."
