"Went there for 8 years even though it takes over a month to get in the schedule. I waited the month and then they had to reschedule it weeks later, but by that time I have no insurance anymore. The manager doesn't actually care about anyone, just about making money. Loyalty doesn't mean anything there. Didn't even apologize for their wrong doing. Also, I still have sensitivity between my teeth that they caused years ago. They said it would go away... it didn't."

"My experience with this particular office location has been great! Every staff personnel that I encountered was friendly. From the moment I walked into the office, till the moment I walked back to the exam room, someone greeted me with kindness. Dr. Moe Nada was understanding of my needs and explained the different treatment options for me. The dental hygienist were gentle and knowledgeable. The office staff explained my insurance details to me in a way that made sense and the office manager worked with me on my billing, unlike any other dentist I've experienced. I'm grateful for you guys and I can confidently say that this will be my primary dentist. The office was clean as well."

"Please don't waste your time going to this location. Specially if you are a new patient. I made an appointment almost a month ago for a cleaning, I mentioned multiple times it was just the cleaning. They didn't take my phone number correctly so I didn't get the confirmation but still I went to the appointment. Once there, they made me wait 1.5 hours just for a check and then they said the person who does cleanings was already gone today. They not only wasted my time but they also charged me for the X-rays I never asked for. Please find another place to visit the dentist, this is not a good place at all!"

"For the 3rd appointment in a row they were approximately 15-20 minutes late in taking me back. That’s a continual scheduling issue. This last appointment was a simple filling which was not totally covered by my insurance. I had to pay $72. I was in the chair about 20 minutes. So that equates to $216 an hour that I had to pay for their services. For that kind of money I do not want a trainee in my mouth learning! Of course, the dentist performed the filling but the assistant was on her second day and it was obvious. All the staff were friendly and polite. Does the fact that their office is across the street from my residence really matter this much? Or is it time for a new dentist? Looking in Yelp, they have a 2 star rating with 24 reviews. Well now 25 reviews."
