"I cannot say enough good things about SBWC. Dr Dy and her whole team went above and beyond to make my husband and I not only feel educated but confident in our decision to release all oral ties in our 8 week old. Our baby was like a different baby - easy to console, so relaxed and just an overall happier baby. We were so thankful for the body work they they recommended and the providers that they suggested we work with. Upon learning so much through my 8 week old, we also realized our 3 year old also had oral ties that the pediatrician had over looked. Upon meeting with Dr Dy and her team and working through oral motor therapy with Mrs Jill, we have already completed a partial release and expect to complete it in the near future. We were nervous to start the process of releasing our 3 year old because we were not sure what to expect. However, we cannot say enough how thankful we are that every person (from the receptionist to Dr Dy herself) made my daughter feel confident and relaxed and the procedure went better than we could have imagined. So thankful to have found SBWC and will recommend to everyone we know. If you have a child who is struggling - take it from us - don’t wait. "I have a special needs kid and was anxiously awaiting my appointment with the doctor. She was great. Her staff on the the hand was terrible. Doc recommended a myo munchie, the staff could not decide what size and finally recommended one. It did not fit and they said they would refund me the money. Days went by and no refund and once again going back and forth with what size I should have, not even having a Clue what they sold me. One minute they would call me and tell me to use it, the other they would tell me to save it for later, then to change the size, then again to use it. Completely changing their mind every 5 minutes. I decided to return it. Long story short they refused to refund me the money, after they said they would. The front office kept going back and forth on size not having a clue what my son needed. Thankfully I found doctor Dr. Baxter who performed my sons Tongue tie after doctor Dy, declined according to her assistant. My son improved significantly immediately after the release. If you have a child with special needs and want professional front office help that won’t change their tune every 5 minutes, do not come here. Total waste of time and money. Our kids go through enough, we don’t need an office that can’t even decide what size of equipment they are selling and giving to patients then deny a refund after they were the ones who said they would do it."

"As a mom of now two children who have had revisions with Dr. Dy, all I can say is thank you! Without Dr. Dy and the fascia release for my youngest, they would not be exponentially progressing despite having a cerebral palsy diagnosis. Within a month of release of the youngest was mobile and now is pulling up to standing and cruising furniture, this is all within eight months of revision.
