"Very bad practice. I have been to many dentists in the past and even after Akel Dental. *Very unprofessional front desk. They come mid procedure to take payments and signatures - stupid *Assistants are not well trained - they ask you to leave without rinsing the mouth after cleaning and move automated machines while it's still in your mouth. Just stupid. Train them they are all lost in their own world. * And long wait times I waited 45 minutes for a horrible service. * The overall dental checkup was not worth it. I chose this because the insurance website said they had a lot of experience. Clearly they never improved. Again my review is based on comparison with my previous and current dentists. There is so much you guys need to improve on."

"Going to this dental office in Springhill FL was a terrible experience. The dental assistant Louis or whomever he was was rude and argued with me about the dental care. They seemed lost and confused. Their service and patient interaction was really bad. I have seen better service at a fast food restaurant. They answered no questions and all they did was push thru the appointment. The whole appointment/cleaning/ exam was 10ish minutes or less."

Until I found them they have been phenomenal with getting me a resolution for severe pain I was experiencing and completed a crown for me as well"
