"I would tread lightly especially after seeing all those 5 star reviews... I gave a one star because a zero was not an option. They couldn't care less about customer service, empathy, or kindness when patients are in pain and discomfort. It's all about the money and how much they can intimidate you into paying! The patient will not get to see the dentist, if the staff relay the wrong information to the provider. Such as, if you disagree with doing what they instruct you to do. Example, refusal to sign forms that make You responsible for additional X-rays and MRI's that the provider "might feel you need" if your insurance doesn't cover it. Or refusing to take more X-rays (I couldn't due to health issues and exposure to radiation) the staff will then report to the dentist that I wouldn't do the panoramic X-ray... and Jaeger, DMD, would send the clerk back to you to tell me, "if you don't have it done he will not see you until you do." WHAT???? I requested my Referral and X-ray and left. After waiting over an hour to see the oral surgeon, I was in too much pain to argue with ignorant people. Also, after the disregard and mistreatment so far, I wouldn't trust to have such a person as my oral surgeon. It was unbelievable. Power tripping at the patients expense. My appointment was for 12:30pm and I showed up at 11:45 am . The X-ray tech called me at 12:48pm to do something I did not go there for, more X-rays. Clearly, I gave them the X-ray from the referring dentist THREE times before. The dental assistant should've called me before my 12:30pm appointment and explained they overbooked and were running behind. This dentist Jaeger couldn't be bothered and the clerks were relaying messages to him that I wouldn't do a $200 panoramic X-ray, without explaining my reasoning, I had bought my own referral and X-ray of the molar in question & due to a medical condition I could not be exposed to any more radiation, hence the Consult Appointment to find out the best recourse. I had emailed all of it to the office 2 days prior to the appointment and when I arrived at the appointment the front desk clerk still asked me if I had the referral and x-ray? It was more about how much money they could get out of the patient and if the patient refused to do what the clerks told them to do, "He will not see you until you do." They will use Intimidation to force the patient to do what they want AND incur extra debt while they're at it. As a professional dentist/Oral Surgeon, DMD Jaeger, you should know and have a feel of your: (1) Office staff's temperament. (2) the patient made an appointment to speak to a Professional for a consultation on a very painful and personal matter. (3) You as the "professional" should always honor your patients time as the patient valued your time. For instance, I arrived 45 mins earlier, previously emailed and arrived with the referral and X-ray! The very least you could've done was seen the patient at her appointed time and heard from the patient the reason she couldn't do a panoramic x-ray and at that point give your honest professional opinion as to how to proceed. That was what the consultation appointment was about. Zero Stars ALL around. A terrible waste of time."

"I am not a fan of going to the dentist but the dental assistants and doctor made me feel like they knew me and cared about my comfort. Because of difficulties with my insurance coverage I had the privilege of working with the insurance coordinator. What a helpful individual who I felt would fight to get me as many benefits as possible. The office ladies were okay, not super friendly. When asked if I could speak to the insurance coordinator they would ask me questions and just look on computer and try and answer without being very helpful. On last visit there was two times where this happened but the insurance coordinator over heard the conversation and came and helped. I have talked to them on a three way call with insurance office and I experienced the same dynamic, why they don’t refer to the person who deals with these issues was super frustrating."

They don't try to up sell you. The office is new, very clean. No waiting, usually I'm in before my scheduled appointment time"
