"I would never make an appointment here. They have no clue that their patients are customers that have choices. My wife is currently having surgery right now because our regular dentist recommended this facility. They would not schedule an appointment for my wife without paying in full in advance!!!! This is a serious red flag. When I brought my wife this morning the front desk staff was not very friendly and when I asked the duration of her appointment they answered with a "you are not allowed to leave the waiting area" This was an early morning appointment I was not allowed to go a grab a quick breakfast sandwich. They would not take her back until I agreed that I would remain in the waiting area. There was a family in the waiting area with a young teenager having a procedure. When he was called back the father was going to go back to make sure he was settled and you could tell the son was very nervous about the procedure. The dental assistant was very rude in her tone and abruptly told the father that he was not allowed to accompany his son. Seriously, I would never pay to be treated like this."

"It is the best experience ever, I was nervous my daughter will have for the first time anesthesia with the extraction of her wisdom teeth, but the Dr and assistants and the office girls always were comforting me that she was in the right hands and she was I completely recommend Dr Guerra for that type of job he uis the best and the office girls are the sweetest.Dayana thank you for helping with my insurance was a great help."
