"Coast dental on Swann Ave had me drive an hour each way twice to refuse treatment first because dentist was quitting and didn’t want to take on implant , then I made an appointment because agent said they doing implants so I called asked if there was a problem taking implant out and approximate cost out of pocket if insurance didn’t pay . Was told 600 then I get there today and stated they wouldn’t do the work after I drove an hour each way again. I told her that they owe me for gas and time . Because apparently they give wrong information on the phone . And told me originally could do the work . When I had appointments that I was unable to make I called and cancelled they did not record that they were cancelled. The office is unable to answer the calls correctly and information that they give is not true."

"Unfortunately 0 stars is not an option. I originally went to this place because of the high reviews and there’s a lot of Hispanic workers here (Latin pride!!) but my second visit was less than stellar. When I called to make an appointment after my initial visit I specified what work I wanted to get completed because it was not covered by the insurance and my boyfriend would be covering the costs so I was doing my best to be mindful . I repeated the question to verify the treatment id be receiving and the lady on the phone verified it would be for the specific treatment I asked for with the specified price because again - I am not paying for it, my boyfriend is because I’m in a job transition. I show up to the appointment 15 minutes prior, door was locked. Didn’t get in until just after 8. Punctuality is another thing but that’s not why I’m so disappointed. I get to the exam room for my specified treatment that I had verbally verified on the phone when I made the appointment and then unbeknownst to me I had to get the cleaning done before the antibiotics. Had I known this prior I would have been better able to coordinate with my boyfriend so he would know the amount that he would have to pay and not after calling him 5 times waking him up. Had he not answered and offered to pay the cleaning I would have been up early for absolutely no reason because I can’t afford it. Jordanis the hygienist was nice. No complaints on him at all. I just don’t appreciate being told one thing over the phone while making my appointment and then showing up without knowing other things need to be done first with additional costs. I will not be returning and no longer recommend this dentist to anyone unless there’s a way this office can remedy this situation for future visits."

"Dr. Bianca is definitely the best and I’d give her 10 stars if possible. She’s very gentle and tries her best to make you as comfortable as possible no matter the situation. I totally give her the best and highest recommandation!"

"I’ll add feedback here as requested by the business: 1. I’m 31 years old and go to the dentist every 6 months. I’ve never been made to gag during x rays, much less had the technician snickering after continuing to force it in down the center of my mouth towards my throat. 2. Hearing the bickering between the technician and hygienist seemed unprofessional, I also don’t want to hear your political opinions on the president of a country I used to live in. 3. I scheduled a cleaning and check up then was told this morning the hygienist was booked and couldn’t do a cleaning. This was after I was called multiple times yesterday to confirm the appointment, after I had already done so via text. 4. I refused the $250 cleaning and due to that they told me there was nothing else left to do so I could leave..they didn’t even tell me the results of the x rays. So I wasted my insurance benefits and time this morning on a very unpleasant experience. I’m sure the dentist is qualified but this practice seemed very disorganized and unprofessional. This is a good example of why people are hesitant to go to the dentist regularly."

"Awesome team very understanding about payment scheduling. There were awful stains on my teeth that I thought would never go and they did it. I have no complaints, if you had a bad experience remember things don't always go your way all the time, everyone deserves a second chance even if it's your own practitioner. This is the first time in years my smile is back! Yeahhhh.I love Coaster Dental."
