"I call for appointment at 4:00pm but they said that they do not have this slot and I booked 3pm. However, I came to their office and waited until 4:15pm without doing anything and I cancelled that appointment. Terrible sevices."

"Love love love this dentist office there are so sweet I went in one day for my root canal that my regular dentist referred to me to them and dr ponce finished my root canal and then at the end he told me I have some cavity’s and that I needed to tell My dentist I had some cavities and you know what he really didn’t have to tell me that so I ended up switching over this office and he filled my cavities and he did both in one day , see anywhere else would’ve done one filing each visit to charge insurance but he knows I live far and did it in one day I highly Recommend!!! Staff is great and they make you feel comfortable"

"Be very mindful of the reviews about this dentist office. If you are not Hispanic, you will be treated horribly. The “good” reviews are by Hispanic patients and the others, are from other people of different races. My friend went here for dental work and was treated nasty by this doctor.. don’t recommend if you’re a person of color, other than Hispanic."

"I just brought my 2 children to mapledale dentistry for the first time. We received great treatment and they both had a pleasant experience. More importantly the staff made my kids feel comfortable and so did Dr Ponce. He was very thorough and friendly. We have found our permanent Dental care office and are thrilled!"

"This office has been a pleasure from start to finish. Melissa at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind during appointment scheduling and prep. Can't express how awesome she was handling all the details and helping me with referral information, etc. The dental assistant who took my daughter back was also a sweetheart and very knowledgeable. Dr. Ponce was amazing. He took the time to put my daughter at ease. He made sure all of her questions and my concerns were answered. During the procedure my daughter didn't even flench. I was stunned at how quickly and efficient Dr. Ponce and his staff performed the procedure. It's not everyday you find an office like this one. Such a blessing. Thank you Lord for leading us there!"
