"I have not been to dentist since 2012. Unfortunately I had 2 strokes in 2022, lost a cap and a tooth after aneurysm surgery and lost a lot of memory. But I had awful memory of dentist and become big cry baby. The team here are caring and showed great compassion and caring. They did great job. They are now part of my health team."

"This dental visit was hands down the worst I've ever experienced. Despite my 17 years in the military, even military dental care beats this by a long shot. My kids had appointments, but we ended up waiting in the waiting room for over an hour without anyone bothering to call us in. Fed up, we finally left. On our way out we wished the other patients in the waiting room good luck on being seen on time, to which they replied, "Last time we were here, we waited over 2 hours past our appointment time." To top it off, when I tried to clarify some questions on the kids' questionnaire, the receptionist had no clue what I was talking about and answered with "I don't know". Not only that, she was unapproachable and unfriendly. Save yourself the hassle – look for another dentist elsewhere. This place doesn't care about appointments or providing good service."

"Even though I’m almost convinced you guys don’t pay attention to the reviews nor care, I’m hoping future customers see this review and decide to go elsewhere. Based on the email instructions and countless phone calls and texts given to me, I was told to show up 30 minutes prior to fill out the initial forms (which I already completed online prior to showing), so I get here expecting no more than a 15 minute wait and now my wait has been one hour and twenty minutes. Just in the waiting area. This seems to be the case for the other five people waiting as well. Some people are soo fustrated they go up and ask is it their turn or what’s the wait and they are told, they are behind. The scheduling of appointments is ridiculous. I will not be returning!"

The doctors here a very professional and front desk ladies have an amazing attitude, being very helpful whenever I have any questions! I highly recommend here, especially if you are looking at getting/maintaining braces."
