"experience was unpleasant, during panoramic x-ray assistant bumped into me, knowing my teeth are rattling into my head, due to a physical assault in downtown Tampa, with a police and trip too Tampa General, and given a tetanus shot there, mind you I made this appointment weeks im advance, additional $45.00 co,-pay, left with my name, spelled wrong on referral to another, general dentist, called back and they would not answer and hung up on my calls, no dental floss given, or oral tools, they exposed me to radiation and I was smart enough to ask for an antibiotic from the assault. Just really, spelled my last name on records that means I will not be recognized if I die on dental records, something not accurate to my true perfect condition to be used for everything and they are not answering my phone calls."
