"The front office staff was very welcoming, and the dental assistant carefully administered my x-ray and scan. . Dr Hoffman carefully explained the situation and the approach that she planned to take. She asked me how I was several times throughout the procedure, and completed my root canal with great skill. I felt very little pain aside from the pinch when the numbing was given. I would heartily recommend Dr Hoffman's professional care."

"This was by far the worst dental experience in all my life. I’ve had three root canals over time that were painless and done impeccably. With Dr Hoffman I didn’t feel she had the experience or true knowledge to fix my problem. It was like she was guessing the whole time at how to proceed. I got a bad feeling before she started and it was not unfounded. I was in terrible pain the entire procedure and she drilled and drilled and yet didn’t know what she was looking for. It was like being a test subject for her first day with a drill. She couldn’t get a good view of anything. She’s a lefty so had to keep adjusting her view. Her work was inconclusive and I ended up having to have the tooth pulled anyway. But her office still charged me $400 for causing me pain and turmoil. They have no class. Don’t go to this office if you are educated and have good dental insurance. It’s a joke. Maybe they are a tier 2 so they can get away with botched procedures. I was in SO much pain when I left this office and Dr Hoffman is just indifferent and CLUELESS. Stay away if you have a clue. I would rather get punched in the face then have to open my mouth to Dr Hoffman again. Go to an experienced Dr if you have a real issue with your teeth!!!!"
