"The dentists and their assistants are excellent. I have been going here for over 20 years. But the prices have spiked to the point that it is going to create a huge financial hardship for my family. It has always been my impression that this was more of a budget friendly practice. If I balk at the fees, I get platitudes. The patients in the office don’t seem to have much money. Whoever sets your fees is beyond greedy. I even paid for your price reduction plan, and the total for my dental work is still so far out of reach that I can’t begin to figure out how I am going to pay for it. Shame on you. And I am currently disabled with a walker. Your office manager said they are too busy to have someone come out and help me get out of my car with the walker. Twice, she told me that they were too busy. She was in a meeting the first time, the second time she said that I needed to bring someone with me because it was my responsibility to arrange help for myself. It is 20 steps from her desk out to my car. Tops. More than once, I have asked a patient who is waiting to help me to the car. I have also flagged down patients going to the office. Apparently I’m supposed to address my Google review complaints to her. Sure that’ll work. Give me a break. The only thing that will work is a review warning others about her behavior. After this treatment, as well as the thousands upon thousands of dollars I have spent in this practice since the early 2000s, this will be my last expenditure in that office. Tomorrow is it. I’m finding another dentist. I am being prepped for a crown and receiving a filling. Certainly, I can’t be the only one who she treats like this. I’ve read other Google reviews with similar comments about the office manager. She’s abrasive and arrogant. I am ready to file a complaint with the ADA. The front door lobby floor mats are a tripping hazard. They are light, cheap and easily flip up if caught on a cane or walker. And the manager’s unwillingness to assist and rude remarks to anyone with special needs is also an ADA violation. The building has heavy doors that are impossible to get through if you are using a wheelchair or walker. They will hit you before you get through the doorway. The front door as well as the door leading to the lobby. I am DONE."
