"I was a patient for well over a decade and I would no longer recommend this office. The turnover is ridiculous- the good hygienists have left and the front office has turned over at least a half dozen times since I started going here. Dr. Schroeder seems to have checked out. Maybe he’s getting close to retirement and wants to pad his nest egg? Who knows, but every visit seems like an attempt to extract the maximum amount of money possible. Sadly, it wasn’t always like this. The cleanings are shorter and less thorough, but they cost more and come with several “upsell” options. The dental work is also suffering. The only actual dental work I ever had done had to be re-done several times. Of course, at my expense. Be very skeptical of all the “positive” reviews. It seems a bit odd that the reviews are from a few months ago, yet the responses from the owner are from years ago. Clearly, they’ve manipulated their reviews because there were far more negatives than there currently are."
