H&R Block

"Filed online, thought I needed to do an amended return. Online was not allowing it so I paid for the tax pro. Emailed the tax pro, Steve, the issue and he was confused on the clear email I wrote and had me set an appointment for 11am. I emailed the documents I had in PDF form to which he replied and I sent a follow-up email after he confirmed the appointment. I arrive at 10:55am for an 11am appointment, I did not get seen until 11:35am. WHY DID WE SET AN APPOINTMENT IF IT WOULD NOT BE HONORED? All this for him to tell me, I don't need to do an amended return and that he didn't see the documents I sent in. That's because he didn't bother to look, 1 star. I will absolutely never come to this branch again, nor can I in good conscious recommend it to anyone else. Very unprofessional and the office is muggy and hot."
