"They gave me the total amount of the treatment. My insurance gave an coverage estimate and I paid the rest. After 3 months they charged me telling the insurance did not aprove any coverage. Also the insurance told me did not sent any estimate for them because I was in waiting period and they doesn`t have any document about this estimate from the insurance. Unfortunately my experience was not good at all."
