"I felt the need to adjust my review of this dental practice. Dr Habner did 2 Bridges which I am happy with now despite needing a root canal from a Dental Specialist. I will however not return for any more dental work as I feel that I was over charged. The Second impression for the Bridge was turned down by the Lab and Coleen at the front desk. Called and stated I needed to return which was inconvenient she then stated I owed them another $300 which the dentist should have paid themselves. I must say Coleen seemed a very disorganized person and asked about what my insurance covered numerous times. Also I was unhappy that they did a Fluoride treatment without asking and then. Billed me and my insurance. The dentist is very good but greedy pushing teeth whitening and anything else they can charge for. Be very careful if you get an estimate from them because it may not be the final price!"

"I have been going to Dr Laura Habner's office for over a year and could not be happier with the work she has done to help me repair my dental issues. Her staff are so kind and really put me at ease. I have severe dental fear from previous bad experiences and since I have been going to Keep Smiling I now feel at ease with my dental appointments which I never thought would be possible. The recpetion staff, Colleen and Sherri are friendly, funny, and professional. The dental assistant Victoria is really great at explaining each process and step all while maintaining a professional and kind demenaor. This attention to detail helps alot when your are nervous. "They put the nitrogen gas on my daughter and it made her feel more relaxed and happy, she was giggling throughout the whole process and mind you she had to get a root canal done! They turn on the music and it was smooth sailing from there! They did an amazing job!"

"I hate dentists but Doctor Habner, who is 70% Miss Frizzle and 30% Professor Macgonagall is really great. She fixed a tooth I had broken, promptly and with a level of skill that only comes from years and years of practice (and possibly a magic shrinking school bus and/or some wizardry) - painlessly and without any anesthetic! I brought my motorcycle helmet with me and I had decided that if she brought out the drill I was going in the helmet and not coming out, but I didn’t even need to! The ladies at the front desk definitely deserve a shout out too. They’re literally THE most helpful office staff I have EVER met at any doctor’s office. They are insurance gurus and they take the time to answer your questions. I don’t go to the dentist often, but when I do, I’ll only go here."
