"I had a cap come off on a front tooth. I called to see if they would glue it back on. I was told it would be $200 to come in, then they would give me a quote to glue the cap back on! I confirmed, so it will be $200 PLUS the cost to glue the tooth??? She said yes, that is correct!!!....LOL..... I told them I'd use super glue before I would pay $200 just to walk in their door. Found a dentist right off the island that will do it for peanuts in comparison."

"I went to see Dr Ta for a painful toothache while on vacation and they got me in right away. The staff was friendly and I gladly paid the $200 initial consult fee. The hygienist took x-rays and Dr. Ta examined the area of pain. She determined that I had what she thought was a gum infection and put me on amoxicillin and told me I needed a local antibiotic treatment called Arestin. I questioned the need because it was quite expensive, but was told it was necessary so I agreed. Nearly $700 later I left after being told to return for a follow-up before yet another appointment for a root canal. Meanwhile I went to see a friend’s dentist who also took X-rays and determined quickly that what I actually had was a fractured molar that was evident. She couldn’t figure out the reason for the Arestin at all. Due to the nature of the fracture a root canal was impossible and I instead had an extraction and implant. The worse part of it all was that Dr Ta was treating the WRONG tooth. Sorry for the long review but after reading only 5 star reviews (questionable) I had to put this out there. I gave 2 stars because the staff was friendly."
