"Zero stars. You won't find me under this name in the database. My appointment was on 11/29 @ 5 pm. You know who I am. I am disputing any insurance claim you make towards my PPO plan and I will file a grievance with MetLife should you bill them. Additionally, I will be contacting the owner, KRASNOV, ROSTISLAV, DDS, in Miami. He may or may not be aware of your practices. I should have looked at your reviews prior to booking my appointment. All I wanted to have completed, all 100% covered under my dental insurance, was a teeth cleaning. After XRays, the Dentist examination, a 25 minute wait in the chair, and an $1800 proposal for dental work, I left with no cleaning. I guess it was a $95 charge to me if I wanted some other form of deep cleaning. They were unwilling to provide whatever type of cleaning my insurance covered. Definitely more to follow on this situation. The staff was friendly just complicit in some type of Insurance Billing Scam without providing any REAL service.."

"Terrible office. We called a month in advance for a periodontist and were told that this office has one. Waited a month for the appointment and drove 1.5 hours only to be told that this office does not have a periodontist. The staff acted very incompetent and were attempting to shift blame. They were rude and dismissive. They kept lying and claiming that they were all new and uninformed. This is a terrible and unprofessional place. They are purposely bringing people under false pretenses in hopes of getting customers through the door because this office is empty."

"This dentistry is absolutely awful. They quoted me for an out of pocket cleaning and once I paid for my X-rays the cleaning was several hundred more than quoted. They charged my insurance AFTER I paid out of pocket! I tried calling for my X-rays so I can be seen elsewhere and they put my on hold for eternity. When I try to call back they will not answer my calls and it goes straight to hold music without any answer from the front desk. Unacceptable!"

"The worst dental I have ever been in America. It took the surgeon almost one hour on two of my teeth. Almost broke my jaw until I cried and used my hand to stop him to continue! After that much pain I had and he gave me the wrong medicine. Because of that I had inflammation painful as hell for whole week. I had to go to other emergency dentist to get the right medicine! Never ever go there again!"

"You know it’s bad when three different people are screaming complaining and that’s not including you. Waited over two hours just for a check up that took 2 mins. Dentist too busy talking and working on another customer that came after me. Got my documents and left so fast never again. After hearing them talking for another 20 mins I threatened to leave and that’s when he came. 0 stars if possible. Yikes."
