"I have a dental plan that covers almost everything. When i called the office i asked them if they accepted my plan as a full payment and they told oh yes.So i contact my plan office and they told me yes they are in the network, but as soon as i present it myself they didn't know nothing about the plan wanted me to pay for the service. Good thing that i insisted on checking about the plan coverage. So the plan pay them a monthly payment just for accepting the plan but they insisted not knowing nothing. Fraud to me."

"This group is absolutely absurd. My family is assigned this Dental group through our insurance. Unfortunately this practice does not see under 12, which is fine, but my insurance requires the assigned dental group to send a referral when going some where else. They REFUSE to give a referral. Even had our insurance call them and they refused to them as well. Our insurance rep got on the phone and said that they may have been the rudest front desk they have dealt with in over 30 years. There is no reason to be rude when someone needs help, and to not help with someone trying to use insurance is a joke as well. We are calling our insurance group back now to have everyone in our family removed from being listed under this dental group. Who knows if the dentist as good as the rude front staff was a big enough turn off that I wouldn't dare give them my business. There are other reviews as well stating they had a rude experience with the front desk as well."

"Broken tooth pain emergency and was seen same day as a new patient. Doc extracted a tooth that needed to go! No pain and professional work. Office staff nice. Going back next week for a comprehensive evaluation."

"Wonderful and thoughtful staff, but it doesn’t end there. Dr. Richard Truong takes his time to discuss and share his recommendations backed by his knowledge and seasoned expertise. The whole office makes me feel extremely comfortable in an environment I do not place myself in willingly. From the moment I enter, Gabbie is thorough in addressing any question I may have and with with appointment setting, including specialist visits. Diana and Rocio assist Dr. Richard spectacularly as an extension of the professional this facility provides as a whole. I really appreciate this staff and am grateful to have found them."

"They did not do their due diligence prior to my appointment and wanted medical clearance for 3 fillings. It’s not like surgery. I was in the chair waiting and the doctor started to examine me and at the last minute said we need to hold off. I have nothing wrong with me health wise and you want medical clearance for 3 fillings. You should have gotten it prior to my appointment!!! I was there for 3 hours for a filling and nothing happened. I had to reschedule my appointment due to their lack of service. Unacceptable!!"
