"Hoo boy. This review is NOT about dental skill. I called these folks for a teeth cleaning...a teeth cleaning. They told me 80.00. Good price. I called back and left a message that I wanted to book a ...teeth cleaning...and also explained that I didn't want xrays, for I had a dentist in Jersey for all of that. No response. I call again and was told that my number was not working or incorrectly transcribed or something. So, I said, "OK, Let's start over." When can I come in?" Ready for this? December! Like almost next year. For a teeth cleaning. Clearly, this dentist doesn't want to spend any staff or office resources on a patient who isn't good for $800 to $5,000.00, so in my humble opinion I was blown off to make room for a better opportunity patient. Again, in my opinion. My family includes a dental practice, so I am familiar with dental practice fundamentals: = 15 minute blocks of dentist/patient time that are rigorously scheduled = the lack of "spitting" bowls by a chair because a patient sitting up to clear their throat or clean out their mouth.....WASTES TIME. For real, a dental industry innovation on time efficiency. =in short, every minute counts and there is ferocious management of same. Anyway.................onward."
