"What stood out most is the amount of time Dr. Wujick personally spent with me examining my mouth, measuring get gums, checking for tartar and plaque, reviewing old xrays and explaining how xrays help. 2nd was his openness to my wish not to repeat x-rays unless there was a problem, once he saw that I understood what might go undetected. 3rd was his face to face approach with information- very good eye contact (and a smile). My only suggestion is for the staff- introducing yourselves (name and position) and then informing a patient of what will happen this visit at scheduling and arrival goes a long way in reassuring us and meeting expectations. I was surprised that my appointment with the hygienist for a cleaning was 1hr 10min after my scheduled appt."
