The initial phone conversation with the office staff was pleasant and they were very concerned about my issue and proceeded to try to accommodate me. My call to them, their follow-up with my regular dentist and their return call to me with an answer were all done on a very timely (same day) basis. My appointment was set up and they fit me in extremely quickly. Once in their office I can only say the good experience continued by being greeted with a personable staff and even more importantly an extremely competent dental procedure done by Dr. Britten.
