Dr. Theodore Chamberlain 555 South Hercules Avenue, Clearwater, FL 33764

"On a late Friday night evening, my back molar decided a part of it should fall off. I have never had anything in my life happen like that before. I reached out to Chamberlain dental at 8pm Friday after it happened, and Janice answered, followed by Dr. Chamberlain via email. I am not normally an anxious person, however as soon as you say we're going to the dentist, I get a little anxious. While on the phone with Janice, I was anxious, one bc it's Friday night, and well, what do I do, lol. Thankfully I was given instructions on both the care and management of said molar until I could be seen Monday morning by Dr. Chamberlain. (Over the counter, and it WORKED!) I went in Monday morning (slightly nervous, bc it's the dentist!) and I was instantly put to ease by the entire office staff, and Dr. Chamberlain himself. The office is gorgeous, clean and well appointed. After a through oral examination, X-rays, and photos, a treatment plan was formulated for me to have my teeth fixed in the upcoming week. Dr. Chamberlain and his staff are incredibly knowledgable and well versed in dentistry. I have never been put more at ease than I have at this office. I've had extensive dental work done throughout my life as a child, teeth removal due to overcrowding, braces for many years, retainer, night guard, and honestly I have never looked forward to any of it! I advised Dr. Chamberlain of my anxiety relating to dental work being performed, and he was able to offer solutions so I could have the work done. I will say I am actually looking forward to my second upcoming appointment, more relaxed and ready to take on the interventions laid out for my two molars. Being new to this area, and in need of an excellent dentist, I will be moving my families dental care to his practice, and telling anyone who asks for a good dentist, this is the practice to come as well. If you're a nervous nelly (ok big baby!!) like me when it comes to the dentist, Dr. Chamberlain, and his staff are where you need to be."

"So glad I found this practice. Being a snowbird and not familiar with the area and in need of a dentist the search began. Saw some great reviews so I made an appointment with them to take care of my broken tooth. Great staff right from the beginning to get me in and throughout the procedure. Dr Chamberlain takes the time to explain what needs to be done and you can trust his recommendations. Very happy I found them."

"Would just like to inform anyone who visits this please stay away. I was a patient with them for almost 2 years going through my regular x-rays, exams, cleaning etc. Well a couple of months ago I did a general cleaning with an X-ray because I needed a Crown to be filled. They had my Insurance already and gave me a price on the Crown that day and we scheduled the Appointment to have it done. Well Since the Covid- Epedemic began they rescheduled a month later to do the the Crown and there was no problems. So the day of the my Crown procedure the lady at the front desk calls me calls me to verify if I'm still coming as scheduled. I confirm yes on the phone and she lets me know there has been Computer problems and verifying my Insurance. I tell her it's the same nothing has changed, ohh ok no worries. She calls me again to say ohh by the way Dr Chamberlain does not have Delta in there Network anymore so just to let you know. I reply back seriously you call me the day of the procedure and at this time it's about 12:30 and the procedure is at 3pm. We went back and forth and she said so I are you still coming in you will be responsible of the whole charge. I said no and told her that it's the front Desk responsibility to call or verify the Patient's Insurance prior to the procedure. At the time we set date of the Procedure it was fine but the day of now it's not. I cancelled the Procedure that same day going home I stopped by to let them know how unprofessional this was. I told the girl at the front desk maybe this is not the job for you, because she has no personality to be the first responder especially on the phone or in person. I actually said to her she should be in deliquent billing with her tone and behavior. I also said to her with another girl working there watching us go back and forth about to this unprofessional episode going on to have Dr Chamberlain give me a call.......she said ok. Well apparently Mr Chamberlain has no honor because yet no call from anyone in there office. That same day I had them forward all my records to Dentist Place. I even said when I was leaving there office that there is no Honor here and shame you for making go through all this. I will advise to anyone wanting to here......please stay away."
