"My wife and I stayed her January 27th for 3 nights. The rooms are as pictured. The property is clean and quiet. Loved sitting on the waterfront, even saw a dolphin by the dock. Anna was very responsive to questions. She even ran over a hair dryer since ours must have been misplaced. The kitchen had everything we needed. A great find."

"Had a great and quick trip down to Clearwater. Found this property on AirBNB. Was exactly as it was presented, no tricks. A great property. Was exactly what I like when traveling now. Private property, kitchen, coffee maker, two bathrooms, parking spot. Everything we needed for a quick trip. If I was to ever get back down to Clearwater, would beyond a doubt rent from them again."

"I stayed here in May 2023 for a weekend trip with my sister. Our flight got super delayed and Anna was super understanding of that which alleviated some of the stress. Because our flight was delayed, I decided we should stay one more day to make up for lost time & once again, Anna was very accommodating and allowed us to extend our stay one more day. They have a lovely little property with a good sized pool that overlooks the water. It’s a short walk to the beach & a lot of restaurants nearby. They have a lot of activities by the pool such as billiards & ping pong. Beautiful crushed sea shells line the property. 10/10 would stay here again."

"Great find! We made the reservation because of the beautiful patio at the back, but everything was amazing! Location is great, you can visit Dunedin, Indian Rocks and even Sarasota and Tampa within minutes. The place is perfectly clean and cozy and the owners are constantly in touch in case you need anything, which we didn’t. We’d definitely come back."

"Wow awesome place to stay in the Clearwater area. The rooms were clean, and the pools were well maintained. We even saw manatees on the property dock. The resort is conveniently located within walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, and Pier 60. Anything we asked that we needed was quickly supplied. And the value for the money was excellent. Several times I had to interact with Lea and Anna and they were so accommodating and nice! I highly recommend Parker Manor resort, we will be returning!"
