"Please don't utilize this dental office! I was a client for 8 years or more and recently requested my records and received only 2 pages and no Xrays. After multiple calls requesting my records I had to contact my attorney to assist me. My dental services through this office has been a hit or miss. The cleanings often times would have to be repeated due to incompetency and the last cleaning was done by Dr. Filion, because he said he didn't have any hygienist. He has a constant high turnover rate and this particular time he had to serve as a hygienist. Needless to say my teeth were not done professionally or were they cleaned right. When I had them redone the hygienist who quit, along with his staff, confided in me that Dr. Filion speaks unprofessionally to the female staff, that she is employed elsewhere but because the one hygienist he has is out she came as a favor to her only and that she needed some side work. She also stated that her patient referenced his cleaning as not done well and had her redo his cleaning as well. I believe that he was offended in me requesting my teeth to be recleaned and wouldn't give me my records when I requested them as revenge. The good thing that came out of this fiasco is that my new dentist detected work that needed to be done years ago, whereas all these years Dr. Filion never informed me of this teeth saving procedure. Mind you I received cleanings every three month, sad."

Today was my appointment and everything was fabulous and professional. From the very friendly, compassionate and understanding receptionist who answered the phone, the hygienist was very kind, though and gentle. The dentist explained to me and shown me any areas of concern and addressed them honestly and was knowledgeable. I felt very reassured and comfortable with the wonderful experience I had today. I would strongly recommend this dental office if you would like a genuine and caring dental experience."
