"New patient. Pre-filled paperwork, and I was pleasantly shocked no additional signing upon arrival like most offices. Got me in early. Dr Peter did exam and determined all good. No attempt to upsell special cleanings as I’ve experienced from money machine offices where not warranted. AND they got my cleaning in same day. All Staff was very pleasant. They rocked it. Look forward to 6month return."

"My experience was good. But I sent my sister there, same exact insurance, told her that her teeth cleaning wasn’t free. Well it is, in fact, free. 2 free cleanings a year. This is like pretty much EVERY DENTAL INSURANCE. Wasn’t a huge deal as I figured maybe they just didn’t know she had insurance or something. Now, trying to call and set up an appointment for myself and my husband for a month now. As soon as they open, midday, end of day. No one ever answers the phone. EVER. This is what happens when people like doctors and dentists think they’re too big for their britches. Know where you come from."

"Jonathan Banderia is the best hygienist, bar none. He is passionate about teeth, extremely knowledgeable, goes the extra mile to educate, and is meticulous and careful with cleaning (virtually pain free!). My oral health has significantly improved since seeing Jonathan. He is a true professional. Absolute 5-stars. In full transparency, I have had some issues with wait times, and over billing / incorrect billing - but this is a reflection of the front desk and back office (nothing to do with Jonathan). This does seem to have improved since my recent visit, so will give credit where it is due - it appears they have taken note of my feedback."

"Dr. Peter is great. But Jonathon who performs the cleanings is a SADIST! I met with him briefly to have a cleaning consultation. He poked at my gums incessantly with a sharp tool until I finally had to jump off his chair and run out with a bloody mouth. I have been going to a dentist yearly for over 40 years. Never have I had such a horrible and invasive and experience! And for the record, according to Dr. Peter, my exam went great and teeth are in fine condition. Will not be going back, which is too bad because as I mentioned, Dr. Peter is great."
