"BEWARE!!!!! I went there for a cleaning and check up. They told me a crown needed to be replaced because it was older yet there was nothing wrong with it, and it never bothered me. Now I can’t even chew on the left side of my mouth. They claim the tooth might be cracked now after they hurt me trying to remove the old one and had me pay another dentist to see if I nerve damage which I didn’t, and now it’s my problem after shelling out over $1500!! Now I have pain, a mouth guard, and they NEVER even did the cleaning I originally came in for! Scammers STAY AWAY!. EXTORTION at its finest. The Dentist promised they would fix it, but lied of course. I will report it to the BBB as well."

"I don't know what has happened with this place, but it's gotten absolutely terrible within the last 1-2 years. Recently I had called the Largo office in September to make appointments for me and my husband for exams and cleanings. The lady had some trouble finding our accounts, but eventually did and scheduled us both for the soonest available on November 15. Two and a half months away, but ok, I'll take what we can get. Then an hour after I made the appointments, someone called my husband and told him a different time for his appt. No big deal. Flash forward to November and my husband has a schedule conflict, so he called the Largo office to reschedule his appointment, now the soonest available is in January. Ok, whatever... Then the day before his appointment was supposed to be on 11/15 someone from the largo office called him to confirm the appointment, and he told them it was a mistake, he had rescheduled his appointment for January. Then it's time for MY appointment on 11/15 (which I did not cancel or reschedule) and I realize I never received a confirmation call, so I call them. They tell me they have no appointment scheduled for me at all and no record that I ever called in to make an appointment. I told them it had to be a mistake, I have call logs showing I called the Largo office on Sept 5 at 12:37 pm and made the appointments, but they said they have no record of that. I asked them if maybe they cancelled my appointment by mistake when they called to confirm my husband's appointment, and they said they have no record that anyone called him to confirm any appointment either, which is strange considering he has a call log showing a call from Bright Now dental Largo on Tuesday 11/14 at 10:56 am. I asked if they show a record of anyone calling him and they said they can't check the call log like that. Then they hung up on me while I was expressing my frustration and when I called back they told me that I hung up on them. I don't understand how this office can so badly mismanage people's appointments like this and then straight up lie to cover their incompetence. I'll be searching for a new dentist, I don't have time to deal with their lies and incompetence."

"Go somewhere else - not interested in patient care - just money. Dishonest. I had an appointment here and brought very recent x-rays from another practice. The doctor spent ONE MINUTE looking at my x-rays and said I needed to go elsewhere to see a specialist. She never even checked inside my mouth but submitted a claim to my insurance company for a COMPLETE oral examination and a FULL set of x-rays - none of which happened. I was shocked - very dishonest."

"Bad experience. Stay away! Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Visited this office to get a bridge. I paid the balance of what the insurance wouldn't cover. I signed paperwork at the office that said I was paid in full after paying the amount they specified. They made no effort to get in touch with me once they had their money. The office didn't care enough to call, email or text when the bridge was ready, even though they had all the contact information. Never heard from them again until they wanted more money. The corporate office started calling my phone and my wife's phone multiple times a week saying that I owed them more money even though they hadn't even finished the work. This office is money driven not patient oriented. I would never use this dental practice again or refer anyone to it. My advice - go anywhere else."

"Lovely people at the desk. Everything else is horrible. Owned by private equity--two months without a hygienist. The orthodontist works one day a week, and complains constantly. The regular dentist just runs around totally overworked. Billing is awful. They never bill correctly and they're months behind in receivables. Found a different dentist after two years of problems."
