"Unfourtunately my adventure started with x-Ray machine that didn’t work, then the doctor gave me the feeling that she wasn’t there to help me - rather to sell me as many dental services as possible. When I said no, she asked for crazy amount of money for removing my old retainer (takes 5 min). I Was smart enough to say no, and scheduled an appointment in a different office, where it’s going to cost 20% of the price that she was asking for."
"The worse place ever to get dental service. I called them and they said that they were in the network with my insurance, but they were not. They made my wife and I take a credit of almost plus cash that we paid, 3500 dollars for a bridge they made for me, and my for my wife they made a partial that was not good. My wife can’t wear it because it was not fit, and it hurts her. I post the picture. She went back and forth to the dental office, yet my wife can’t use it. As for me, dr. Dayan place the bridge that kept hurting me till I went to an other dentist. The dental service was extremely poor, and I kept having pain after three months. I took an an appointment to see doctor Dayan. She gave an referral to have root canal. Moreover, they charged me 998 dollars. When I called my insurance, the insurance company told me that they paid them, but they continue harassing me to pay money. I quit them and I get a dental service elsewhere. I called the insurance company, they referred me to an other dental office that is in their network. Bright dental now on Sand lake road is worse. I don’t recommend this place. Don’t go there! If they have good recommendations, maybe it’s they family members who talk well about them. Bright Dental Now, please tell your small brand people to stop calling me. Bellow the the partial the made for my wife. Today, I had dental service from an other dentist. They are very professional and respectful."
"Nothing positive to say about this facility. I heard things about it before but...... First off, front desk isn't the greatest when you call is so hard getting someone on the phone. When they do pickup, they are quick to place you on hold not having said a thing. Hold time for me been 6-13mins and no they don't even come back...good luck you might have to call multiple times ( terrible customer service). If you an appt at certain time ( which I understand sometimes is busy, yes it happens. My visit first time I waited 45 mins to be seen for cleaning which didn't happen they only did x-ray cool. Second visit 48mins yes I checked I had to go back to work. I kept saying okay these people are really busy, but no some are chit-chatting in the back while patient are waiting. SOME of us work and need to go back to work smh. I was told I had small cavity, I went back to get taken care of. I waited an 1 hour and 5 mins to be seen my appt was @330 I wasn't seen until 435pm... The service was quick, I has some discomfort and concerns the following day, I went back to see the dentist Karla" I think is her name. Explain to her what I was experience, my tooth next the one that supposedly had a cavity was a little chipped. According to her she didn't touch she show me the x-ray briefly but the tooth didn't look like am no expert but you should be able to know how teeth are. I asked why she was drilling so much when she struggle to fill the cavity & proceeded drill more and buff. My tooth feels rough on the bite and I have been experiencing pain. The lack of care drift me to see another dentist to see what happened since she didn't even bother much.. all I got from her I won't touch it" since I asked if she chipped it because it wasn't that. FYI: I was charge before I was seen- the minute I checked in, the front desk lady asked me if i was ready to pay I was shocked since no service was done to me. Typically you are charge after. I personally don't recommend them but if you are one of the lucky with good experience great. If I could give a 0 I would I should of listened to my co-workers. Update: 3 weeks later, the pain in my tooth became worst. They haven't resolved the issue. I had to go to another dentist( emergency) I can't bite with that tooth it hurts so much. I got an x-ray done, came to find out the cavity wasn't all removed neither the filling was deepen enough to cover it. The roughness I keep feeling and the pain is due to filling falling off which can happen but she did bother to check no. I request my files from my last dentist back in Feb before coming to this one, my actual tooth did not look how it is now. The other dentist took regular images and x-ray. Dentist karla did chipped my tooth by polishing it to much is not the same shape or size of the other one in the left size. Instead of her looking for a way to remedy what went wrong and do a x-ray when I went in the day after the filling this would of been avoided or me being in so much pain because she didn't do a good job.... Be aware please"
"First time client and so far awesome! My hygienist Freddy was great-although its a "grinding" experience;)) he made it pleasant! Thank you!!"
"The tech who took my xrays was very polite and considerate, she did not introduce herself. The doctor who examined me introduced herself and was very polite and professional. The hygienist, Freddy, introduced himself, was very personable, friendly, and educated me on what he needed to do and what I should do to care for my teeth and gums. Freddy...excellent job! I liked Freddy. The down side is the front desk. There seems to be zero coordination with the care team and the patient on both of my visits. The first visit, an hour past my scheduled appointment, I had to go to the desk to ask for a status update. The receptionist seemed clueless. After a 10 minute wait, I was told they might get to me in 30 minutes. At no time did they initiate un update with me. I had to leave for another commitment, and got no care. This last visit, 35 minutes after my 3:00 appointment, I again had to go to the desk. The receptionist did not seem to know of the delay. I was seen soon thereafter. If you go here, be advised, their front desk is very poor at tracking the customers appointment times and keeping them in the loop. If you don't mind waiting an hour or more after your scheduled appointment. You decide."
