"This place they are very friendly and nice until you do not want to do what they want, dentist kept pushing procedures on my I according to her needed a root canal she was able to do same day I just wanted an extension her attitude changed no longer wanting me there then tried to push braces on me. When I denied that as well no she was basically pushing me out the door. Wicked money hungry I have a horrible infection in my tooth and they do not help me. Because I was not going to bring them big money. SMH"

"I would like to share my recent experience at Dr. Monteiro's dental office. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a team that demonstrated a high level of honesty and transparency throughout the entire visit. The reason for my initial visit was the need to reattach a metal dental crown, which had been placed at another location just a month ago. Unfortunately, this crown had come loose due to a gummy vitamin tablet. Although I initially had a positive impression of the service, I decided not to proceed because I was advised by a medical professional to obtain a new crown. I believed that the reattachment process would be straightforward and could be resolved there, but nothing is ever that simple. So, I scheduled an appointment elsewhere, and everything was promptly resolved. My experience with Dra. "I took both of my kids here and they absolutely loved the place,and the dentist and staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. They're great with kids and talk to them throughout their cleaning to help calm them. It was my 6 year old first time and he loved his experienced. They speak both English and spanish and very flexible with their schedule, I called same day to schedule an appointment and was able to get my kids in without long waiting periods. From the time of check in to checking out , it was a wonderful experience. The staff is very knowledgeable."
