"Very upset my daughter has been going there for a few years. Then covid happen. Andhad an appointment for her and my other child. Office was closed for months no one bothered to call to reschedule appointments. Then after months they open. No one bothered to call to reschedule. I tried calling for days no one picks up. Then when I finally got through they said no new patients. When my 2nd daughter been had an appointment scheduled but never got to go do to office being closed to covid. They don't want to make an exception. Then now I tried calling cuz I'm a hard time finding a good dentist for my special needs child with health issues. I said she been there before. She was like last we saw was 2019. And I said yes and I had an appointment for 2020. But ya was closed for months and no one like to answer the phones . She like well she will be considered a new patient and I said really and explained all this to her. And just stood quite never bothered to talk to somebody higher or the Dr who who owns the place so rude"
