"We just came back from wonderful 2 weeks at this place. When I booked it, I did not know what to expect. The experience turned out to be the best ever. From the owners, Grace and Alfonso, to Rich and Jeff, who look after everyday necessities and cleaning, everything was smooth and the response to any requests, like providing extra cups or even a small things like a cork opener, was immediate and with a smile! We had a late afternoon flight from Tampa the last day, and even though the check out time was 11am, Grace let us to store our suitcase and other belongings in her office till 4pm, at no extra charges and no questions asked! Great place, great people! We will sure be back after uncovering this gem!"

"This place is kept exceptionally clean. The rooms are clean and so are the grounds. I had an issue with another guest being noisy into the night so they immediately moved us to a nicer, quieter room. Grace is very nice and her maintenance man Rick is always available to help out with anything you need. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I think it's a little expensive at $1600-$2000 a month. Having said that, I've looked at other extended stay motels and they are only marginally cheaper and so horribly worse."
