"This is the best dentistry I've ever been to in my life and I'm not exaggerating. I've only been taking my kids here for about 2 years now and we will miss this place so much!! First off, I'll be honest and humbly say that we have dental insurance through government medicaid. It is BEYOND hard to find a great provider with good reviews, excellent care and in a safe neighborhood with our kind of insurance. We are always limited to about 3 to 4 locations on average within the city who work with our insurance for in network providers. Finding windermere pediatric dentistry was like finding that one needle in a haystack! They go above and beyond with their care. The assistants are SO friendly and welcoming with all of the kids that come in to make sure their future visits aren't anything to be scared of. Dr Arruda and Dr Howard are so kind and patient. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen for my appointments. We are always in and out fast. The kids get rewarded with a toy they get to pick out at a vending machine for good behavior after their appointment- in addition to a free goodie bag that consists of a name brand character toothbrush, floss and toothpaste at every cleaning check up. They are also on top of their paperwork because everything runs so smoothly. It's a night and day difference from where we were at before we found this place. Unfortunately,  they will no longer be working with our insurance in the future and sent us a courtesy text notification about 6 months prior to inform us of the changes. With our kind of insurance,  I've never received a notification from any of our providers before of changes like these until it has already happened- then we have a month to look for a new provider or they choose a permanent one for us. If you are in the area and are looking for a great pediatric dentistry for your child, you are in great hands. Everyone here has been so amazing and we really trust them wholeheartedly. We will miss this place so much! It has been the best care we have ever recieved with our type of insurance. We couldn't thank you enough for the care and love you provide everyday. We will always remember this place!"
